How your request is handled

Draft for legal review. Wording may change before launch.

What is stored

The details you type into the form: your name, work email, company name, and the answers to the questions on the page. They are stored so that Nexus can reply to your request.

What is not done with it

Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing and does not share your details with an advertising platform. Analytics about the campaign carry an opaque record identifier and categories only, never your name, email or free-text answers.

Campaign metadata

If you arrived from an advertisement, the link may carry campaign identifiers. They describe the advertisement, not you. When they are missing or malformed the request is still saved and is simply marked as unattributed.

Advertising measurement

On the workshop pages we ask whether we may load LinkedIn's Insight Tag, which tells LinkedIn that the page was visited so that we can measure our advertising. It loads only if you say yes, and your choice is remembered in your browser. It never receives what you type into the form.

Retries

If the page has to retry a submission after a network error, the same request is saved once, not twice.

Contact

To ask what is held about you or to have it removed, reply to any message from Nexus about your request.
